WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS?
If you have changed your mind about any products you have purchased please contact us within 14 days, a refund will only be given if the product is unused and unopened
If you have purchased a product that is faulty please contact us so that we can raise the issue with the manufacturer
Kits and products included as part of the course are non-refundable unless faulty
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR COURSES?
Deposits are non-refundable, however if at least 14 days notice is given prior to your course we can transfer you onto the same course at a later date.
The full balance minus the deposit is refundable providing at least 14 days notice has been given prior to the course date.
Part online courses are non-refundable.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, gift cards of any amount can be purchased via our website or in person. Gift cards can be left blank or addressed to the recipient. Gift Cards purchased online will be posted first class free of charge, please allow 3-5 working days.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Courses or products can be purchased via our website or over the phone using debit/credit card or Paypal. We also offer a finance option through PAYL8R, to use this option please visit our Funding & Finance page.
DO I NEED TO BRING A MODEL?
We encourage all students to work on each other, to ensure that you get a feel for the treatment. If for any reason you are unsuitable to receive the treatment you will be asked to bring a model.
Your model must arrive at the agreed time.
If a model arrives without our prior knowledge unfortunately they will be asked to leave.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
You do not need to bring anything with you as all products and equipment will be provided.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We ask that students wear dark clothing, this is mainly to prevent stains. You do not need to wear professional clothing, smart/casual is absolutely fine.
WILL I BE QUALIFIED?
All of our courses are fully accredited by ABT, therefore once you have successfully completed your course you will be able to obtain insurance and start offering treatments straight away.
WHAT IF I DON'T PASS?
If on the day you haven't successfully demonstrated the required skills and knowledge your tutor will discreetly ask you to return for further training, this will be completely free of charge.
IS THERE MUCH THEORY INVOLVED?
You will be sent a training manual 2 weeks before your course, your tutor will also talk you through your manual at the start of your course and answer any questions you may have. There are worksheets within the manual that can be completed before or during your course, these are a learning resource and are not a requirement.
WHY DO YOU NEED TO KNOW IF I HAVE ANY ALLERGIES?
We need to know that you will be safe whilst you are at the beauty school, therefore if you do have any allergies we may need to make certain arrangements.
Some of our courses require a patch test beforehand, this will be sent to you in the post.
WHY DO YOU NEED TO KNOW IF I HAVE ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Refreshments will be provided during your course, therefore we need to know if you have any dietary requirements so that we can ensure you have a suitable option.
HOW MANY STUDENTS ARE IN A CLASS?
We try to keep our classes small to ensure that all students have the guidance they need. Our maximum capacity for nail courses is 8 students and all other courses is 4 students.
WHAT IF I NEED FURTHER SUPPORT AFTER MY TRAINING?
Our tutors are always on hand after your course to answer any questions you may have, we also offer free refresher courses to students who feel they need more practise.
